Over 4 months, you'll complete 500+ hours of immersive training in technical and leadership skills to:

Code reliably including writing clean code, debugging, refactoring and pair programming
Test software by following test-driven development practices
Work well in an agile team including running productive agile meetings, completing tickets, code reviews and presenting demos
Use engineering judgement and reasoning by providing estimates, making tradeoffs and asking questions to clarify requirements
Develop your own skills further by taking initiative and keeping up to date on new technologies
